Helvetia insurance has been using our tools nag elm direct and nag elm swissdec for the digital transmission and reception of the wage data of its SME customers for many years. In the course of implementing a new contract management system, the current solution had to be ported and adapted to the new requirements.

nag  informatik was responsible for the analysis and implementation of the new interfaces. The processes also had to be comprehensively adapted and the solution had to be converted to operation by an outsourcer. In addition to the implementation, the tests and quality assurance in a very complex environment were great importance.

With the introduction of the new contract management system, the porting of nag elm swissdec also had to be carried out on time and immediately work seamlessly again. The coordination between the customer and several suppliers was a particular challenge in this project. Thanks to the standardization of the interfaces in our solution, the goals could be achieved.
