Digitization of salary notifications

Initial Position

As part of its digitization strategy, Helsana health insurance decided to use the products nag elm direct and nag elm swissdec. This means that their customers wage reports can be made digitally in the future, which means less effort, better efficiency and higher quality.

Role nag

nag informatik was responsible for the delivery and implementation of the elm standard solution. The following activities were also necessary in this project:

  • Analysis of the specific requirements
  • Implementation of the specifics for Helsana (plausibility checks, personalization)
  • Integration into the Syrius administration system
  • Support in setting up the infrastructure and support organization
  • Test and quality assurance measures
Aim

The project goal was the implementation of the standard solution nag elm direct and nag elm swissdec. With the two versions for the transmission and reception of wage data in the UVG, UVG addition and daily sickness allowance, all Helsana policyholders can be supported as they wish. The aim of the solution is to receive, check for plausibility and transfer the data to the Helsana administration system. In a further development, insurance brokers will also be supported in reporting their customers data digitally.
