To be able to deploy their own staff in planned large projects, Helvetia decided to assign the support and the maintenance of their .NET applications to an external service provider. In the course of an evaluation project, nag informatik has been chosen as this external partner.

During a transitional period, the specific training, the deployment of support processes and the gradual take-over through our staff is carried out. Subsequently, we maintain and support the applications within the agreed budget. We also ensure a smooth operation. Changes and enhancements are operated through a change-request process. Thus, the client keeps costs under control.
